Late-Night Dessert in Irvine
When dinner ends and nobody wants the night to end with it, Le Cafe Du Parc is a short drive away. We are at 12000 Spectrum in Irvine, inside The Park at Irvine Spectrum, about 3 minutes from Irvine Spectrum Center. The café stays open until 11 PM on Friday and Saturday nights, and until 10 PM Sunday through Thursday. We are not a 24-hour spot, so check the hour before you go. For a late dessert, the options are plentiful. Try a Dubai Pistachio Crepe, Nutella Classic Crepe, or a Warm Brownie with Ice Cream. Chocolate-covered strawberries come in an order of six, and Dubai Cheesecake and Dubai Chocolate are good for sharing. Waffles and mini pancakes are also on the menu. If you want a drink, choose a frappe, an affogato, hot chocolate or a milkshake. The setting is outdoors under trees and palms, around the iron-and-glass café building. It is calm and park-like, and it suits a date, a family outing or friends catching up. Dogs are welcome at the outside tables. Parking in the lot and on the street is free, so you can walk straight in.

Late diners arrive from nearby neighborhoods and from the center itself. Irvine Spectrum Center is about 3 minutes away, Quail Hill about 5, and Oak Creek and Woodbridge about 7. Portola Springs and Northwood are about 8 minutes, Lake Forest and Westpark about 9, and Laguna Woods about 8. Tustin and the Irvine Business Complex are each about 12 minutes by car.

Seating is outdoors under trees and palms, and dogs are allowed at the outside tables. A light layer can be handy later in the evening. The café is also wheelchair accessible and accepts cards and NFC payments.
